Kirsten Parker
Kirsten Parker is a Registered Nurse working in a metropolitan hospital in Sydney for the past 5 years. She gained her Honours degree (First Class) in 2018 and this was the catalyst for her passion in transitional care research. She is currently completing her PhD with the University of Wollongong and set to finish next year. Her doctoral studies focus on transitional care for frail older adults as they leave hospital and return home.
