Yuquan Chen

Yuquan Chen is an epidemiologist and a PhD candidate in School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine of Monash University. He earned his bachelor of Preventive Medicine from Hebei University, China, and completed his master of Social Medicine and Health Management at Peking Union Medical College & Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (Tsinghua University, Department of Medicine). His research focuses on the effects of environmental factors on the risk of frailty, specifically examining whether physical activity plays a mediating or moderating role. To date, he has published numerous articles on physical activity, aging, and environmental topics in the field of public health. Additionally, he serves as an editor and reviewer for many academic journals. His cumulative impact factor far exceeds 100, and his H-index is also over 10. Yuquan also established various academic education and communication platforms, engaging a broad audience, which underscores his commitment to public health education and epidemiology. Through his rigorous research methodologies and steadfast dedication, Yuquan continues to contribute to a deeper understanding of health and wellness, providing insights that support the evolving dialogue between traditional practices and modern medical strategies.
